Guidelines for
MINDFUL MOVEMENT FLOW SESSIONS

No Talking – Once you enter the space, let movement be your language. This allows everyone to fully connect with their body, the music, and the present moment without distractions.

No Shoes – We dance barefoot to feel grounded, connected, and free in our movements.

No Touching – This is a personal movement experience. Everyone should have their own space to explore their flow without physical contact.

Non-Verbal Connection – If you feel called to connect with others, do so through eye contact, breath, and movement, allowing energy to flow naturally without words.


About Us
Mindful Movement Flow LLC was born from a journey of resilience, self-discovery, and the power of movement. Life has presented me with many trials—traumas, challenges, and moments where the weight of it all felt overwhelming. Through it all, dance became my anchor. It wasn’t just an activity; it was my therapy, my voice when words failed me, and my path to healing.
Dancing through hard times taught me the importance of being present, of releasing what no longer serves me, and of embracing the moment with open arms. With Mindful Movement Flow, I aim to share that gift with others. This practice isn’t about choreography or getting the moves “right.” It’s about grounding yourself through movement, tapping into your creativity, and discovering the healing power that lies within.
Whether you’re navigating your own challenges or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, these sessions are a safe space to move, release, and just be. Join me as we step into the present moment—one mindful movement at a time.
